New York Legalizes Recreational Marijuana, Expunges Old Pot Convictions

New York legislators on Tuesday approved a bill that legalizes marijuana and expunges old convictions related to the drug. Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, plans to sign the bill into law.
