Chicago police are on the hunt for a double-murder suspect who is on the run after killing the pregnant mother of his child and her family member.

32-year-old Clarence Hebron is sought in the deaths of 26-year-old Jessica Abeal and her 27-year-old brother Damien.

On Friday, Hebron fatally shot the siblings at Abeal’s home in Riverdale, just south of Chicago. He fled the scene with him and Abeal’s one-year-old son, which triggered an amber alert, but the alert was canceled after the boy was anonymously dropped off at a local police station.

“I really hope they catch him because what he did was very wrong,” Ruby Bolden, the victims’ cousin, stated. “It didn’t take all that, regardless of what the situation was, you didn’t have to shoot nobody.”

According to reports, Hebron has run from the police in the past. Back in 2019, he killed a woman in a vehicle crash while fleeing the police after a traffic stop.
